PROFILE
Lizzie joined MSK in 2019 as a member of MSK’s litigation team. Prior to joining MSK, Lizzie served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Thomas Durkin and Hon. Thomas Walsh in the Vermont Superior Court, Environmental Division for two years. In this role, she gained valuable experience in the areas of state and federal environmental law, including environmental enforcement and state and municipal land use permitting. Lizzie graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2017, receiving a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School concurrently.
During her law school studies, she completed legal internships with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, and the Conservation Law Foundation. She additionally served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Karyn Scheier in the Massachusetts Land Court.
