Attorney Hans Huessy recently settled two large condominium property tax cases; one in Cavendish for the Castle and Pointe condominium projects and one in Ludlow for the Ledgewood condominium projects.  Hans relied on recent sales data for similar units to achieve an average reduction in value of between 15% and 20%, saving his clients thousands of dollars in property taxes.
